DELIVERY DELAYS
 
We are working hard to get your order to you, however due to significant increase in demand, Australia Post has advised that shipping times are currently delayed. We recommend selecting express shipping at the checkout to receive your order as quickly as possible.

Your standard order will be dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. 
Once your parcel has been sent you will be notified with a tracking number by email. 
 All shipping is calculated at the checkout.

To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
Please note that PWFJ is not responsible for the courier’s delivery schedule. If there are road, traffic or freight issues we will help get you your package ASAP, however we are not responsible for the delivery once it leaves our head office.
All our parcels are tracked, we do not accept responsibility for lost parcels once dispatched.
 
JEWELLERY EMERGENCY?
We can deliver your jewellery order within 35km of Paddington via same-day courier.
  • Available Tuesday - Friday
  • Orders must be placed before 1pm to be delivered using this service.
  If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery, it will be returned to our Pierre Winter Fine Jewels. Customers will be responsible for any additional costs to re-dispatched returned orders.
 
 
IN STORE PICK UP
Free In-Store pick up is available from our Paddington Store - just select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. We can also provide contact free curb side pick up. To request this, simply leave a note in the Delivery Instructions form. 
  
 
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer free standard delivery (Australia Post) on international orders over $500 in value. Express shipping is available via Australia Post or Fedex and is calculated at checkout. International orders are subject to local duties and taxes upon pickup.
 
We deliver to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Ireland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

RETURNS POLICY
Pierre Winter Fine Jewels ( PWFJ ) is committed to providing our customers with goods of excellent quality and, when ordering from the Website, match the description and sample displayed on the Website. 
We do not offer returns or exchange on fine jewellery, vintage or discounted items. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, headpieces, hair accessories and hats.
For any online purchase that is not sale merchandise, we offer the opportunity for you to obtain an exchange, credit note or return if you are not satisfied with the size/fit of your purchase made online, (i.e., via the Website), provided that the merchandise is returned to us and received by us in its original condition, packaging and tags within the time frames set out below. Proof of purchase is required. This offer does not include refund of delivery charges.
Merchandise that is damaged, or soiled in transit to us will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy. We also do not extend this Returns Policy to in-store purchases where the customer has had the opportunity to inspect and try on the merchandise before making the purchase.
Returned items must be sent back to the store with tracking information. You must lodge the return and send the tracking information 7 calendar days from the date the merchandise has been delivered to you. 
Returns must be received by PWFJ within this timeframe to be eligible.
A store credit will be offered by PWFJ if the item has been returned for refund but reaches the store outside the stipulated timeframe. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.
If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase you must notify us by email at concierge@pierrewinterfinejewels.com within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the merchandise is in new and unused condition with the original and designer tags attached in their original position, we will either dispatch a new item or arrange a refund. Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, which must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.
Please note that time is of the essence. If the conditions stipulated by PWFJ are not met, including as to timeframes, PWFJ will have no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you. You may arrange collection at your own expense.
We strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail service, so your package can be tracked. PWFJ will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.

FAULTY GOODS

All jewels and jewellery is sold as new and in excellent condition (vintage and antique pieces will have their condition specified on the product description) and is double-checked to ensure the highest standard before sent to the customer. All pieces are packaged in hard case boxes and bubble wrap to ensure your items are delivered to you safely.
However, in the event that an item turns out to be faulty or has been damaged in transit, you are most welcome to return it to us using the above instructions. 
On receipt your jewellery item will be assessed by our jeweller. The return shipping cost for the faulty item will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault and the return has been granted. We therefore suggest you include the return freight payment receipt. Please note on return of an item due to the duty levy you will not be issued a refund on your return shipping.
